Change control for any project
Every change, decided on the record.
Lock the scope and price. Raise changes from wherever the work is. Decide them with the cost in front of you. Draft keeps the record.

What it does
Three things.
Raise
Anyone reports a change: in the app or by WhatsApp. Draft structures it; a person confirms it. AI never prices, approves, attributes or predicts.
Use my words as writtenDraft AI tidies this into a draft change — a title, a cleaned description, a job match, and a rough time hint if you gave one. It never sets a price or makes a decision. You confirm next.
Decide
Cost and schedule impact shown before anyone commits. Within your limit, or routed to the person you named.

Decisions
Every change costed before it's decided.
Work added mid-project costs 1.75 to 2.5 times what it would have up front. Draft puts that number, and the days it adds, in front of the approver at the moment of decision, so the addition is decided on its merits rather than discovered at the end.
- Authority built in
- Decide what is within your limit; larger changes route to the right person automatically.
- On the record
- Approve, defer or reject: attributed, timestamped, and visible to everyone it affects.

Time
Every slip visible, and every slip attributed.
Idle time is a named driver of overrun: trades standing down while an answer sits in someone's inbox. In Draft every decision is routed to the named approver with the clock visible. Every day added to the schedule is a day someone chose, on the record.
- Slip called out
- An approved change extends the bar and shows the days it added.
- Finish date tracked
- The current finish date against the original target, at all times.

The record
The record stays with the workspace.
Every job, change, approval, photo and date is logged against the workspace: the house that changes hands, the boat whose people and owner change. Buyers, insurers and the next contractor read it; the wider market puts the premium for a thorough record at roughly 10 to 20%. Draft produces it as a by-product of running the project.
- Append-only
- Who raised it, who decided it, when: the trail a dispute or a warranty claim needs.
- Export is always free
- The project as a spreadsheet: change ledger, billing schedule, invoices, updates. Yours on exit too.
