Draft is operated by Kepler Insights LLC, a Florida company. The terms and privacy policy name the same entity.

A person decides everything. Draft AI drafts, structures and proposes; it never prices, approves, attributes or predicts, and nothing enters the record until a person confirms it.

The record is yours. Every workspace exports in full, free, for as long as your account exists, including after you cancel.
