DraftDraft

Product

A locked baseline, and one loop for every change.

Draft runs the commercial spine of a project. The scope and price are locked once. From then on every change is raised, its cost and days are put in front of the person who can approve it, a decision is made, and the baseline and the timeline move only on that decision. The record is the by-product.

Raise

Anyone on the project reports a change: a note in the app, a message on WhatsApp, a photo. Draft structures it into a draft change with a job match and a time hint. A person confirms it before it exists.

A note as typed on site. Draft AI tidies it; it never sets a price or makes a decision.

Decide

The change arrives in the inbox with its cost and its days. If it is within your approval limit you decide it there; if not, it routes to the person you named. Approve, defer or reject, with a note, on the record.

Damp under the kitchen floor: the cost, the days, and the three decisions available.

Keep the record

Every job, change, decision, photo and date is logged against the workspace, append-only. It is searchable while the project runs and exportable at any time, including after you cancel.

The record for M/Y Auriga. Nothing here is edited or deleted; a correction is a new entry.

The rule

Draft structures it; a person confirms it.

AI never prices, approves, attributes or predicts. Every figure on every screen is computed from approved changes; nothing is hand-stored.
