A contractor does not need an account and never pays. They get a link. On it: the scope they agreed, the updates they posted, the changes raised on their work and what was decided. Not the project's money, not the other trades.
The job, as agreed
Scope text, the changes on the job with their state and the days they added, and the team's decision with its note. The contractor can post an update, attach a photo, or raise a change from the same page.

One page per contractor, for the van or the site hut. It repeats a section for every job on their link: the job, its agreed scope, and its planned and current finish dates.
